如何知道自己投稿是否上了黑名單？

大家好，我是一位新的科研人員，沒什么投稿經(jīng)驗(yàn)。目前我擔(dān)心編輯把我放入作者（或稿件）的黑名單。 具體情況是這樣：最近我投給Energy Policy的兩篇文章都被拒了。其中第二篇是第一篇改了名字和語言后重投的。編輯說我的兩篇稿子都存在使用別人文本而沒有注明的問題（我并不同意他們的意見，他們也不提供查重報告），而我在第二篇稿子的cover letter里對第一篇稿子的文字重復(fù)理由的說明，他們也不予接受。就這樣他們就不再讓我投這篇稿子了。 請問難道我的科研生涯就這么夭折了嗎？誰能告訴我，哪里能夠知道我是否被列入到黑名單了？如果是，如何申訴？如果沒有，我另投他稿是否會有影響？ 謝謝了 以下我把兩篇文章編輯的拒稿意見都列出來了： 第一稿的： Thank you for submitting your manuscript to Energy Policy. Based on a preliminary editorial review, it is the opinion of the Editors that your manuscript does not meet the requirements for sending this manuscript out for peer review in Energy Policy. Those requirements are discussed in the Guide for Authors found on the journal website. We hope that this decision will ultimately hasten the consideration of your work by Energy Policy or another journal. We are grateful to you for your interest, and hope you will continue to consider Energy Policy for future submissions. ---------------------------------------------------------- Editors' comments: It is the policy of Energy Policy to publish new and original work.
