1基本內(nèi)容
標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的求職簡歷主要由四個(gè)基本內(nèi)容組成：
基本情況：姓名、性別、出生日期、婚姻狀況和聯(lián)系方式等。
教育背景：按時(shí)間順序列出初中至最高學(xué)歷的學(xué)校、專業(yè)和主要課程。所參加的各種專業(yè)知識(shí)和技能培訓(xùn)。
工作經(jīng)歷：按時(shí)間順序列出參加工作至今所有的就業(yè)記錄，包括公司/單位名稱、職務(wù)、就任及離任時(shí)間，應(yīng)該突出所任每個(gè)職位的職責(zé)、工作性質(zhì)等，此為求職簡歷的精髓部分。
其他：個(gè)人特長及愛好、其他技能、專業(yè)團(tuán)體、著述和證明人等。
2制作要素
精簡
一般人事部門的經(jīng)理往往會(huì)收到堆積如山的簡歷，他們根本沒有太多的時(shí)間仔細(xì)看一份漫長的簡歷。如果你尋求一個(gè)專業(yè)或技術(shù)職位，寫上一兩頁的簡歷是正常的。一位忙碌的人事經(jīng)理根本無暇顧及你那份超過兩頁的簡歷，而簡短的簡歷往往又比冗長的簡歷難寫。所以你可以將寫出來的漫漫簡歷盡量壓縮，使之簡短有力。
2.1關(guān)注條件
對于用人單位來說，簡歷是第一關(guān)， 面試才是第二關(guān)。在簡歷中，人事經(jīng)理往往會(huì)側(cè)重于觀察簡歷是否已經(jīng)達(dá)到了招聘條件，如果達(dá)到了則會(huì)考慮通知當(dāng)事人來面試 。所以，在寫簡歷時(shí)一定要關(guān)注對方的招聘條件，并在自己所寫的簡歷中努力達(dá)到對方所要求的水平。這樣他們就會(huì)通知你去面試 了。
2.2表達(dá)能力
畢業(yè)生個(gè)人簡歷制作時(shí)一定要盡情地表現(xiàn)你自己，而不是別人。在你的個(gè)人簡歷中展現(xiàn)你的技能，并用你自己取得的成果證明它們。如果你寫作表達(dá)能力差，最好請寫作能力比較強(qiáng)的人幫忙，你可以通過自己口述的方式讓別人邊聽邊寫，用合適的詞來描述你自己。另外寫簡歷不必拘泥于格式：簡歷是你自己的簡歷，所以不管你寫什么，只要看著合情合理就行。簡歷最好就是實(shí)話實(shí)說的表現(xiàn)自己，過高的虛夸或者是過于謙虛都不好。
2.3關(guān)注要點(diǎn)
在個(gè)人簡歷中，你千萬不要簡單地列舉你所干過的職務(wù)。一定要重點(diǎn)強(qiáng)調(diào)你的特別技能以及所取得的成就和證書，就是一份簡單的簡歷也應(yīng)這樣寫。別過分謙卑：像面試一樣，你的簡歷不能太謙卑。

5. I'm calling to see if you have received myresume that I sent to you by email.
我打電話來確定一下你們是否收到我用電子郵件發(fā)過去的簡歷。
還能這樣說：
I call you just to make sure that you received myresume which I sent to through email.
I phone you to confirm whether you received myelectronic resume or not.
諺語：
No one can call back yesterday.
昨日不重現(xiàn)。

6. Please refer to my resume for more information.
詳情見我的個(gè)人簡歷。
還能這樣說：
Please get more information in my resume.
If you want more information, please read it in my resume.
