由于分離得到的化合物量較少，沒有對其進行深入的作用機制研究。然而，通過化學分析我們發(fā)現(xiàn)該植物提取物的其他部位也含有大量的木脂素苷類成分。因此需要進一步富集、分離與鑒定木脂素苷類化合物，對其抗?jié)冃越Y(jié)腸炎作用機理進行研究。 Due to the fact that only a limited number of compounds were isolated, we have yet to conduct a mechanistic study on the action. Nevertheless, by analysis we found that there are a large number of lignan glycoside compounds existing in the other portion of the plant extract. It is therefore necessary to further enrich, separate and identify these lignan glycosides, and study the mechanism behind its activities in midigating ulcerative colitis. |

| because of the compounds were isolated from quantity is less, not to the mechanism of action of further research. However, through chemical analysis we found that the other parts of the plant extracts can also contain a lot of wooden fat element composition of glycosides. Therefore need to be further enrichment, separation and identification of wooden fat element nucleoside compounds, the ulcerative colitis resistance mechanism were studied. |
