請連題目一起翻譯: 星型聚碳酸酯的合成與性能研究實(shí)驗(yàn) 摘要:星型聚三亞甲基碳酸酯是一種具有獨(dú)特的三維結(jié)構(gòu)的脂肪族聚碳酸酯,在制備納米粒時(shí)可以通過控制聚合物的臂長來調(diào)節(jié)粒徑的大小,具有良好的生物相容性、低毒性、物理機(jī)械性能和生物可降解性,在藥物控釋載體及其它生物醫(yī)學(xué)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域有著良好的應(yīng)用前景。本人先用1,3-丙二醇和氯甲酸乙酯在催化劑作用下反應(yīng)制備三亞甲基碳酸酯( TMC)單體。再采用Sn(Oct)2/肌醇體系引發(fā)TMC聚合,合成星型聚三亞甲基碳酸酯?疾炝司酆戏磻(yīng)溫度、聚合反應(yīng)時(shí)間、單體與引發(fā)劑的配比對三亞甲基碳酸酯聚合反應(yīng)的影響。通過對聚合物的液相色譜檢測、紅外檢測及DSC檢測對聚合物的分子量、聚合物結(jié)構(gòu)及其熱性能進(jìn)行了分析。研究結(jié)果表明,要想獲得高產(chǎn)率,最佳的反應(yīng)條件為:溫度120℃,時(shí)間36h,單體/引發(fā)劑=90/1;要想獲得高M(jìn)w分子量的聚合物,最佳的反應(yīng)條件為:溫度140℃,時(shí)間24h,單體/催化劑=30/1。 |

This polymer can be used as a building block to prepare nanoparticles with tunable sizes from polymers with different arm lengths. Such polymers have good biocompartibility, low toxicity, excellent mechanical properties and biodegradability, have promising applications as drug carriers and other biomedical fields. We first synthesized trimethalene carbonate (TMC) monomer from 1,3-propandiol and chloroformate ester with catalyst. Star-shaped poly(trimethalene)carbonates was then synthesized through TMC polymerization using Sn(Oct)2 and inositol as the catalysts. Several variable factors, including reaction temperature , time, and the ratio of monomer and initiator were studied for the effect on the polymerization reaction, assessed by analyzing the polymer molecular weight, structure and thermal properties using GPC, IR and DSC tests. The results indicated that the best polymerization condition for the best yields was 120 C, 32hrs, with a monomer/initiator ratio of 90/1, while the best reaction condition for high MW polymers was 140 C, 24 hrs, with a monomer/initiator ratio of 30/1. 考察了聚合反應(yīng)溫度、聚合反應(yīng)時(shí)間、單體與引發(fā)劑的配比對三亞甲基碳酸酯聚合反應(yīng)的影響。通過對聚合物的液相色譜檢測、紅外檢測及DSC檢測對聚合物的分子量、聚合物結(jié)構(gòu)及其熱性能進(jìn)行了分析。研究結(jié)果表明,要想獲得高產(chǎn)率,最佳的反應(yīng)條件為:溫度120℃,時(shí)間36h,單體/引發(fā)劑=90/1;要想獲得高M(jìn)w分子量的聚合物,最佳的反應(yīng)條件為:溫度140℃,時(shí)間24h,單體/催化劑=30/1。 |
