體育教學(xué)的組織與管理 摘要：體育教學(xué)的主要任務(wù)是合理地安置學(xué)生、分配任務(wù)，確保學(xué)生能夠積極地參與任務(wù)、專注學(xué)習(xí)，進而獲得技能提高和終身體育習(xí)慣的養(yǎng)成。完善的組織與管理是確保有效教學(xué)的關(guān)鍵，組織與管理技能的提高需要時間的歷練和經(jīng)驗的積累，需要教師不斷地進行教學(xué)反思，不斷地總結(jié)經(jīng)驗與教訓(xùn)。本文通過文獻資料法、專家訪談法、邏輯分析法和總結(jié)歸納法，依據(jù)體育課程的基本流程，對場地器材的組織與管理、時間的組織與管理以及人的組織與管理進行了細(xì)致剖析，以期能為體育課程的有效教學(xué)提供參考和借鑒。 關(guān)鍵詞：體育課程；有效教學(xué)；組織與管理；分組；位置 |

體育教學(xué)的組織與管理 Organization and Management of Physical Education 摘要：體育教學(xué)的 主要任務(wù) 是合理地安置學(xué)生、分配任務(wù)，確保學(xué)生 能夠積極地參與任務(wù)、專注學(xué)習(xí)，進而 獲得技能提高 和 終身體育習(xí)慣的養(yǎng)成。 完善的組織與管理 是確保有 效教學(xué)的關(guān)鍵，組織與管理技能的提高 需要時間的歷練 和經(jīng)驗的積累，需要教師 不斷地進行教學(xué)反思，不斷地總結(jié)經(jīng)驗與教訓(xùn)。本文 通過 文獻資料法、專家訪談法、邏輯分析法和總結(jié)歸納法，依據(jù) 體育課程的 基本流程，對場地器材 的組織與管理、時間的組織與管理 以及 人的組織與管理 進行了 細(xì)致剖析，以期 能為體育課程 的有效教學(xué) 提供參考和借鑒。 Abstract: The main task of physical education is proper arrangement for students, and reasonable distribution of teaching tasks, ensuring each student to actively participate in the sports task, and to focus on study, thus improving the sports skill level and forming the habit of lifelong sports. An improved organization and management is the foundation for the effective sporting teaching, while to improve the organization and management of physical education need the test of time, the accumulation of experiences, the continuous introspection on sports teaching, and learning from failure experiences and lessons.
