The rational of this work is very interesting once the authors try to connect the idea that the interactive effects of (Mpa6)-γ2-MSH-6-12 (Mpa, spinal level) and endokinin A/B (EKA/B, supraspinal level) on pain regulation in mice. However, no painful manipulation is given to the animals to show that this would be the interaction of NK and MrgC receptors under painful conditions. I believe that this work could be improved if the authors now could show more specifically that they are actually working on pain pathways. 審稿人意見,however這句要怎么理解?pain manipulation 在句中啥意思?求助! |
