我自己編譯的vasp得到的計(jì)算結(jié)果與超算中心的集群的計(jì)算結(jié)果不一致 已有3人參與

我在自己的課題組里編譯的vasp所得到的計(jì)算結(jié)果與超算中心得到的計(jì)算結(jié)果不一致,不知道是怎么回事,輸入文件都是一樣的?偰苡(jì)算的結(jié)果在小數(shù)點(diǎn)后4位以后有細(xì)微差別,優(yōu)化后的結(jié)構(gòu)再做scf也是一致的,但是OUTCAR里的能級(jí)不一樣,費(fèi)米能級(jí)也不一樣,具體如下圖。請(qǐng)各位幫忙看看是哪里出問題了? 編譯文件設(shè)置如下: # all CPP processed fortran files have the extension .f90 SUFFIX=.f90 #----------------------------------------------------------------------- # fortran compiler and linker #----------------------------------------------------------------------- FC=ifort # fortran linker FCL=$(FC) #----------------------------------------------------------------------- # whereis CPP ??
