將鎘處理和非鎘處理的紫葉芥蛋白質(zhì)進(jìn)行分離提純，分析差異蛋白，共得到十三種，本論文著重研究丙糖磷酸異構(gòu)酶（tpiA）。運用生物信息學(xué)方法，對紫葉芥tpiA基因及其編碼蛋白質(zhì)序列進(jìn)行了初步分析得到了基因與蛋白質(zhì)研究相關(guān)的一些基本參數(shù)。結(jié)果表明tpiA基因序列由1268個堿基組成，編碼長度為312aa的蛋白質(zhì)。tpiA蛋白分子量大小為35637.5Da，等電點為8.14.。疏水性分析結(jié)果表明tpiA蛋白不具典型的疏水區(qū)域，為親水性蛋白。tpiA具有多種二級結(jié)構(gòu)形式，其中α-螺旋占33 .29%,無規(guī)卷曲占39.44%，是典型的(α/β)8結(jié)構(gòu)。在SWISS-MODEL服務(wù)器中三維建模后,再在Viewer Lite 4.2軟件中進(jìn)行序列編輯，得到tpiA蛋白的三級結(jié)構(gòu)。本文還對tpiA基因進(jìn)行同源基因進(jìn)化分析,結(jié)果顯示紫葉芥的tpiA基因與蕪菁(Brassica rapa)、山崳菜（Eutrema salsugineum）、亞麻薺（Camelina sativa）、薺菜（Capsella rubella）的相關(guān)基因均有較高的同源性。 關(guān)鍵詞：紫葉芥；tpiA基因；生物信息學(xué)分析 |

將鎘處理和非鎘處理的紫葉芥蛋白質(zhì)進(jìn)行分離提純，分析差異蛋白，共得到十三種，本論文著重研究丙糖磷酸異構(gòu)酶（tpiA）。 Triose-phosphate isomerase(tpiA), one of the 13 differential proteins that were separated and purified from cadmium treated and non-cadmium treated purple-leaf mustard protein, was emphatically studied in this paper. 運用生物信息學(xué)方法，對紫葉芥tpiA基因及其編碼蛋白質(zhì)序列進(jìn)行了初步分析得到了基因與蛋白質(zhì)研究相關(guān)的一些基本參數(shù)。 For getting some relevant essential parameter of gene and protein research, the gene and its protein-coding sequences of tpiA were preliminary analyzed based on the bioinformatics method. 結(jié)果表明tpiA基因序列由1268個堿基組成，編碼長度為312aa的蛋白質(zhì)。tpiA蛋白分子量大小為35637.5Da，等電點為8.14.。 Results showed that tpiA, which was composed by 1268 bases, was a protein with the encoding length was 312aa and the molecular weight and isoelectric point of which were 35637.5Da and 8.14., respectively. 疏水性分析結(jié)果表明tpiA蛋白不具典型的疏水區(qū)域，為親水性蛋白。tpiA具有多種二級結(jié)構(gòu)形式，其中α-螺旋占33 .29%,無規(guī)卷曲占39.44%，是典型的(α/β)8結(jié)構(gòu)。 The results of hydrophobicity analysis showed that tpiA, a hydrophilic protein with no typical hydrophobic region, was a representative (α/β)8 structure protein with various secondary structures, among which α-helix l structure accounted for 33 .29% and random coil occupied 39.44%. 在SWISS-MODEL服務(wù)器中三維建模后,再在Viewer Lite 4.2軟件中進(jìn)行序列編輯，得到tpiA蛋白的三級結(jié)構(gòu)。 tpiA tertiary structure was obtained through three-dimensional modeling in SWISS-MODEL server, fellowed by sequence editing using Viewer Lite 4.2 sortware. 本文還對tpiA基因進(jìn)行同源基因進(jìn)化分析,結(jié)果顯示紫葉芥的tpiA基因與蕪菁(Brassica rapa)、山崳菜（Eutrema salsugineum）、亞麻薺（Camelina sativa）、薺菜（Capsella rubella）的相關(guān)基因均有較高的同源性 The analysis of homologous gene evolution of tpiA gene was also conducted in this paper, and the results showed that tpiA gene of purple-leaf mustard has higher homology with Brassica rapa, Eutrema salsugineum, Camelina sativa and Capsella rubella. 關(guān)鍵詞：紫葉芥；tpiA基因；生物信息學(xué)分析 purple-leaf mustard , tpiA gene,bioinformatics analysis |
