急問，關(guān)于上傳進(jìn)化樹到Treebase的問題，謝謝！

投稿BMC接受后，編輯說：2.) Data deposition Please deposit your phylogenetic data in either TreeBase or Dryad and include the information with a link to the dataset in the “Availability of Supporting Data” section as outlined below. 3.) Availability of Supporting Data section Please include the information about data deposition in an “Availability of Supporting Data” section in your manuscript, before the Competing interests and Authors’ contributions. The section should state the name of the repository in which your data is deposited and include a link to the dataset DOI. 但是我根據(jù)TreeBASE的要求，用 Mesquite想將MEGA6做的Tree整合成NEX問價(jià)你，但是始終無法成功，不知道大家怎么做的？有人說只需要上傳Tree的序列文件，但是缺少了Tree文件又不讓提交，很是痛苦啊！ 后來又試了Dryad， 貌似最后要交90刀作為費(fèi)用，不知道是這樣的嗎？謝謝�。� |
