CHECK_OCCUPATIONS: ERROR, system is not insulating. 根據(jù)提示,我不斷增加NBANDS空帶的條數(shù),然而始終提示這個(gè)錯(cuò)誤。 此外,如果把KPOINTS改為如下: KPOINTS 0 G 1 1 1 其他參數(shù)保持不變,結(jié)果就沒(méi)問(wèn)題。但是這時(shí)候的結(jié)果應(yīng)該是沒(méi)有意義的,應(yīng)該是無(wú)法用wannier90算出能帶的。懇請(qǐng)各位使用過(guò)GW方法的能夠給個(gè)建議,謝謝大家啦! |
