不同的沉積方法和處理方法下,涂層和基體的界面處會(huì)呈現(xiàn)不同的界面結(jié)構(gòu),我們將界面處不同與涂層和基體的微觀界面稱為界面層,界面層示意圖見圖11。從圖11可以看到,界面層中即包含基體側(cè),又包含涂層側(cè),以涂層和基體之間的分界線為中心,大概有20μm左右的寬度。界面對(duì)阻尼有很大的影響,本文將初步分析界面阻尼,界面層厚度和界面剛度的變化對(duì)涂層系統(tǒng)的阻尼值的影響。 Under different deposition methods and processing methods, the interface between the coating and the substrate will show different interface structure. The interface has a great influence on the damping, interface damping, the impact of interface damping, the thickness of interface layer and stiffness of interface on damping capacity of coating system was preliminary analyzed in this paper. |

Different structures will show at the interface between the coating and the substrate with different methods of deposition and process. The interface layer was defined as the microscopic interface different from the coating and the substrate at the interface, as shown in Figure 11. As can be seen in Figure 11, the interface layer consists of not only a base side, but also coating side, with the dividing line between the coating and the substrate as the center and about 20 μm in width. The interface has a great influence on damping. In this paper, preliminary experiments were performed to analyze the impact of the interface damping, the thickness and stiffness of the interface layer on the damping capacity of the coating system. |
