新手關(guān)于CODEHOP結(jié)果篩選有幾個(gè)問題請(qǐng)教大家 已有1人參與

費(fèi)了好大勁終于出了引物結(jié)果，最后篩選把我給難住了，有幾個(gè)問題想要請(qǐng)教蟲友： 1.舉個(gè)例子，在BLOCKA里，有上游引物和下游引物之分（分2段，第二段是Complement，不知道我理解的對(duì)不對(duì)），在這么短的一個(gè)氨基酸序列里，有什么意義嗎？ 2.acccantacctTAGATACTTATTCCCTTGACT -5'
