In the secondand third bilayer cationic polymer was mixed with Glucose oxidaseto obtain final concentration of 2.5 mg/mL (92.5 U/mL) of enzyme.In the case of subsequent methods: EDC, EDC/NHS, entrapment inammonium alginate and all encapsulation methods several batcheswith different concentration of reagents and reaction times wereprepared. Table 1 lists only the optimized conditions of aforemen-tioned methods. In case of encapsulation methods, smaller capsuleswere dispersed on sample papers with a pipette, larger capsuleswere transported manually on paper and left to dry. |
