[求助]
熱應力耦合失敗 已有1人參與

做激光器工作時候熱應力耦合的時候，前面溫度部分都算的好好的，到應力部分的時候算了一會程序就崩潰了，ANSYS直接就自動關(guān)了，只保存下來了溫度的數(shù)據(jù)。我查看了下錯誤日志，不知道是不是因為我在求解的時候，在底面施加溫度約束的時候用的命令錯了？ 我用的是： /SOLU ANTYPE,STATIC TOFFST,273.15 DA,3,TEMP,25 是不是應該改成這樣？ /SOLU ANTYPE,STATIC TOFFST,273.15 NSEL,S,LOC,Y,0 D,ALL,TEMP,25 ASEL,ALL 是不是在求解中，都要先選擇節(jié)點，然后再加載？不能選體或者面或者關(guān)鍵點？ 還有是不是我的網(wǎng)格畫的有問題？ 下面是我的錯誤日志，不知道導致ANSYS崩潰的原因到底是什么 *** WARNING *** CP = 64.834 TIME= 10:06:03 Shape testing revealed that 52605 of the 52605 new or modified elements violate shape warning limits. 看來主要有兩個問題： 1 單元的質(zhì)量不太好，最差的情況，52605 個單元竟有 52605 個單元超過了質(zhì)量警告限，而且你使用的 solid185 單元，它退化得到的四節(jié)點四面體單元，計算精度很差，最好改為 solid186 單元。 不過，你的單元數(shù)多的情況達到百萬個，計算模型的規(guī)模已經(jīng)太大了，若改為 solid186 單元，規(guī)模 (主要是節(jié)點數(shù)) 會更大。最好對劃分網(wǎng)格改進一下，既要減少不合格單元，又要設法使模型的規(guī)模盡量小一點。 2 應力分析時使用 DA,... TEMP,... 和 D,..., TEMP,... 命令是不對的，應力分析時 D 和 DA 命令應該用于位移約束，不能用來施加溫度載荷。溫度載荷應該使用 BF 族命令 (如 BF、BFA 等) 來施加。 另外，計算中自動退出 ANSYS，應該是計算不收斂造成的，為了避免這一點，可以在求解前執(zhí)行命令： NCNV,2 這樣，計算不收斂時會終止計算但不退出 ANSYS，以便查找問題。 |
