求大神潤(rùn)色一段英文 鹵化丁基膠是呼吸器罩體材料的首選,其優(yōu)良的阻隔性能源自異丁烯鏈節(jié)中密集側(cè)甲基能夠有效阻止其它小子的熱運(yùn)動(dòng),但密集側(cè)甲基所產(chǎn)生的較大內(nèi)摩擦損耗也將導(dǎo)致材料的低回彈性,并給呼吸器的生產(chǎn)和使用帶來(lái)不利影響。采用NR與鹵化丁基膠進(jìn)行共混可提高材料的回彈性,但同時(shí)也將以犧牲部分阻隔性能為代價(jià)(因?yàn)镹R對(duì)化學(xué)試劑的阻隔性能較低)。 Halobutyl rubber is the main choice of the faceblank materials for respirators due to the good barrier property originated from the dense side methyl groups in the predominant isobutylene units which can effectively prevent other molecules from thermal motion. However, great internal friction originated from the methyl groups will also result in low resilience, and finally bring disadvantages to respirators during its manufacture and usage. Blending with NR is an alternative way to improve the resilience. Unfortunately, it will decrease the resistance of the blend unavoidably due to the NR offers rather low resistances to the penetration of chemicals. 由于材料的阻隔性能與滲透劑在材料內(nèi)部的擴(kuò)散行為密切相關(guān),本項(xiàng)目擬開(kāi)展個(gè)體防護(hù)領(lǐng)域常用的目標(biāo)毒劑-芥子氣在CIIR/NR共混體系中的擴(kuò)散行為研究,基于Fick第二定律和便準(zhǔn)沾染-圓盤(pán)穿透時(shí)間測(cè)試方法建立相應(yīng)的非穩(wěn)態(tài)擴(kuò)散方程,基于動(dòng)態(tài)吸附分析和隨機(jī)行走理論相結(jié)合的方法對(duì)其擴(kuò)散機(jī)理進(jìn)行研究,并研究共混體系組成結(jié)構(gòu)及溫度對(duì)其擴(kuò)散行為的影響規(guī)律。該項(xiàng)目的開(kāi)展可以為未來(lái)罩體材料的設(shè)計(jì)提供必要的技術(shù)參數(shù)及理論依據(jù)。 Since the barrier property is depended on the diffusion behavior of permeant in material, the sulfur mustard, a target permeant commonly used in personal protection field, through the blends of CIIR and NR will be studied in this project. The unsteady diffusion equations will be obtained based on Fick’s second law and standard spot-disc breakthrough time test, the diffusion mechanism will be interpreted based on the combination of dynamic adsorption analysis and random walk theory, and the influence of structure and temperature on the diffusion behavior will be also investigated. This study will provide necessary parameters and theoretical basis for future material design for faceblanks. |
