[交流] 英文學(xué)術(shù)投稿常用信件模板

1、Coverlatter（附信，一般是作為單獨(dú)文檔提交）
Covering letter 經(jīng)常是國外求職者簡歷里的一部分，一般在求職信中簡要介紹自己的情況，以及你要申請的職位。在投稿時(shí)主要是介紹一下文章的整體情況，要求短小精悍，應(yīng)該包括題目，署名作者及次序，文章類別，要說明說有作者都同意在該刊物發(fā)表，并強(qiáng)調(diào)之前未被其他刊物發(fā)表或者錄用；還有一點(diǎn)很重要，要強(qiáng)調(diào)文章的可讀性（即使自己覺得沒什么也要寫的稍微玄乎點(diǎn)，老外看法和中國專家不太一樣）；最后就是要說明聯(lián)系作者的聯(lián)系方式，并感謝。
下面是自己投稿的實(shí)例（也是在找到其他前輩的資料后改進(jìn)的）

Thisis a manuscript entitled “Yourmanuscript’s title”by XXX, *** ***,*** ****,……. It issubmitted to be considered for publication as an “Article” in your journal.
Allauthors have read and approved this version of the article, and due care hasbeen taken to ensure the integrity of the work. Neither the entire paper norany part of its content has been published or has been accepted elsewhere. Itis not being submitted to any other journal.
We believe the paper may be of particular interestto the readers of your journal as （as 后寫你的文章能夠吸引讀者的原因）it is the first time investigating the…… and put forward some new ideas. (后面可以再寫1,2點(diǎn)新意)

4、Revisedmanuscript修改建議
當(dāng)接到退修意見后，要仔細(xì)閱讀各個(gè)審稿人的意見，同意專家修改意見的，就按照專家意見修改。不同意某個(gè)專家意見或?qū)＜乙庖姶_實(shí)不正確時(shí)，要詳細(xì)解釋，不要輕易說專家錯(cuò)誤，說出你的本來意思即可。
下面是網(wǎng)上找到的一份修給回信：
