| 針對工藝要求，在裝置中安裝兩根垂直管束代替透氫鈀膜組件，考察了壓降流速曲線、壓力脈動、床層軸向密度分布、床層膨脹率，并與自由床中的氣固流動規(guī)律進行了對比。結果表明，裝置中加入了垂直內構件以后降低了床層的壓力脈動；軸向密度較自由床均勻，說明內構件具有對破碎氣泡，抑制氣泡長大的能力；與自由床相比，內構件流化床具有較小的起始湍動速度和較大的床層膨脹率；結合大量實驗數(shù)據，本文修正了氣泡尺寸計算公式，建立新的適用于該新型膜流化床反應器氣泡直徑模型；實驗結果表明，該模型計算結果可以較準確地描述該反應器湍動狀態(tài)下密相床層顆粒氣泡尺寸，能夠為工業(yè)流化床反應器優(yōu)化設計提供基礎數(shù)據。 |

According to the technical requirements, we have installed two vertical bundle to instead of hydrogen palladium membrane module, in addition, curves of pressure drop flow, pressure pulsation, distribution of bed axial density and bed inflation are investigated, and further compared with the gas-solid flowing law on free bed (aaaaaaaa, 不會翻譯自由床，這個應該是你們的專業(yè)術語).
