| 針對(duì)工藝要求，在裝置中安裝兩根垂直管束代替透氫鈀膜組件，考察了壓降流速曲線、壓力脈動(dòng)、床層軸向密度分布、床層膨脹率，并與自由床中的氣固流動(dòng)規(guī)律進(jìn)行了對(duì)比。結(jié)果表明，裝置中加入了垂直內(nèi)構(gòu)件以后降低了床層的壓力脈動(dòng)；軸向密度較自由床均勻，說(shuō)明內(nèi)構(gòu)件具有對(duì)破碎氣泡，抑制氣泡長(zhǎng)大的能力；與自由床相比，內(nèi)構(gòu)件流化床具有較小的起始湍動(dòng)速度和較大的床層膨脹率；結(jié)合大量實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)，本文修正了氣泡尺寸計(jì)算公式，建立新的適用于該新型膜流化床反應(yīng)器氣泡直徑模型；實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明，該模型計(jì)算結(jié)果可以較準(zhǔn)確地描述該反應(yīng)器湍動(dòng)狀態(tài)下密相床層顆粒氣泡尺寸，能夠?yàn)楣I(yè)流化床反應(yīng)器優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。 |

According to the technical requirements, we have installed two vertical bundle to instead of hydrogen palladium membrane module, in addition, curves of pressure drop flow, pressure pulsation, distribution of bed axial density and bed inflation are investigated, and further compared with the gas-solid flowing law on free bed (aaaaaaaa, 不會(huì)翻譯自由床，這個(gè)應(yīng)該是你們的專業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ)).
