| 忽視石油貿(mào)易定價與結(jié)算貨幣的幣值變動，必造成中油集團(tuán)盲目擴(kuò)大產(chǎn)能所帶來的價格風(fēng)險，其所簽署的系列石油合約，已構(gòu)成海外資本擴(kuò)張的高風(fēng)險。2005年以前，中油集團(tuán)在美元指數(shù)95.00～105.00區(qū)間進(jìn)行投資，該區(qū)間是美元幣值較為均衡區(qū)間——是最佳投資區(qū)。中油集團(tuán)在該區(qū)間基本以高于國際市場3～5倍價格購買油氣資源，相當(dāng)于在70.00～80.00區(qū)間投資，失去成本優(yōu)勢。2008年，國際油價下跌70％，中油集團(tuán)在國內(nèi)維持高油價，根源于此。 |
