| 人防工程結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和普通民用建筑設(shè)計(jì)有所不同，人防荷載屬于偶然的瞬間作用，作用次數(shù)通常只有一次，荷載值卻特別大，但很不確定。因此設(shè)計(jì)的安全度或者承載力儲備可以降低要求，材料設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度可提高，允許結(jié)構(gòu)在達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)荷載時(shí)進(jìn)入塑性屈服狀態(tài)，出現(xiàn)較大的變形和裂縫，甚至是局部破壞，但是必須防止倒塌和具備必要的維護(hù)功能。因此，人防工程對建筑材料的要求不但要高強(qiáng)，而且要高延性、高耗能能力和抗沖擊性。 |

您好！我覺得您這樣翻不太好，如果您是要投外文期刊的話，我想依照中文的文法直接翻譯不太好，畢竟這樣子只有中國人讀得懂。不過如果您堅(jiān)持自己的意見，也無可厚非。這里對您自己的翻譯在一些有問題的做了一些修改，僅供參考。 Design of civil air defence work is different to that of(不同于民用的設(shè)計(jì)而非民用建筑本身) general civil. load plays a role of occasional moment in the case of civil air defense and usually appears only once, with a particularly large but uncertain value.(扮演怎樣的角色不能說be a XXX role,另外load不是一個(gè)復(fù)數(shù)，不可用are，而the role of number usually only once是完全不通的， load value is particularly large, but uncertain在語法上基本正確，但需要在前邊加上and the，不過一定要使用這種句式，會讓您的句子變得十分累贅。) Therefore the design of safety or capacity of reserve requirements can be reduced, the designed material strength(材料設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)力不能翻譯為material design strength,可以是 the designed material strength或者the material designing strength) can be increased, allowing the designed structural load is reached when the plastic strain state of a larger deformation and fracture, or even partial destruction, it must be to prevent collapse and has the necessary maintenance functions(這一整句的問題實(shí)在太多，如果您覺得我不夠說服力，您可以詢問一下周圍的朋友，建議您這一句參考我給您的翻譯). As a matter of fact, the designing, when obtained appropriate collapse resistance and necessary maintenance function, can have a fairly slack property restrict like a lower level of safety and bearing capacity, a higher designing material strength, a plastic yielding condition under designing load, or some major deformation, crack, even local failure. So the civil air defence requires the building materials to be of high strength, ductility,energy dissipation as well as impact &shock resistance. |
