| 本文采用熱分析方法研究了天然橡膠和炭黑結(jié)合物的TG/DSC曲線,應(yīng)用熱分析動力學(xué)對DSC曲線分析結(jié)果進行證明,結(jié)果表明:用TG/DSC熱分析曲線對炭黑與天然橡膠的混合物進行分析時,分析結(jié)果與宏觀的數(shù)據(jù)相符合;并且,加入炭黑后的天然橡膠分解所需平均活化能比天然橡膠的活化能低,混煉法制備的炭黑與橡膠的混合物分解所需的活化能比用溶劑法制備的混合物分解所需的活化能高。這些與DSC曲線分析結(jié)果相一致。 |

Such results is consistent to that of the DSC curve analysis. |

| In this paper, thermal analysis of the natural rubber and carbon black conjugates TG / DSC curves, application of the DSC curves of thermal analysis kinetics analysis results show that the results showed that: TG / DSC thermal analysis curves of carbon black and natural rubber mixture analysis, results consistent with the macro data; and adding carbon black natural rubber after the decomposition of the average activation energy required for the activation energy lower than that of natural rubber, prepared by mixing a mixture of carbon black and rubber decomposition than the activation energy required for solvent mixture prepared by decomposition of the high activation energy required.
