由表1看出催化劑具有較好的加氫異構(gòu)性能和原料適應性,能夠高收率將各種含蠟原料轉(zhuǎn)化為高粘度指數(shù)甚至超高粘度指數(shù)的低凝基礎油。原料的反應效能主要與其含蠟量有關,環(huán)烷基VGO和200SN脫蠟油含蠟量較少,原料凝點不高,在較溫和條件下即可將其傾點降至規(guī)定溫度;而650SN含蠟量較高,異構(gòu)降凝幅度須達到80℃,因此需要苛刻的反應條件。 According to the analysis in table 1,the catalyst has well hydroisomerization activity and adaptability to feedstock, it can transform various feedstock with wax into low-freezing base oil which has high viscosity index or ultrahigh viscosity index.The efficiency of reaction relate to the wax content , naphthenic VGO and 200SN dewaxing oil have little wax,so the solid point is not high,and it can reduce the pour point to the prescriptive temperature under a mild condition;Otherwise the wax content of 650SN is high,and the pour point must reduce by 80℃, thereby,it needs a rigorous reaction condition. |

上面兩位翻譯中還有不少問題! As shown in table 1, the catalyst has (preferable) hydroisomerization activity and adaptability to the feedstocks, over which various waxy feedstocks can be efficiently converted to low-freezing base oils with high or ultrahigh viscosity index. The reaction efficiency is dependent on the wax content of the feedstock. As naphthenic VGO and 200SN dewaxing oil possess rather low wax content and pouring points, the pour point could be reduced to the prescriptive temperature under a milder condition. Contrarily, because the wax content of 650SN is high, critical reaction conditions were required to reduce the pour point of 650SN by 80 ℃. |
