|
由表1看出催化劑具有較好的加氫異構(gòu)性能和原料適應(yīng)性，能夠高收率將各種含蠟原料轉(zhuǎn)化為高粘度指數(shù)甚至超高粘度指數(shù)的低凝基礎(chǔ)油。原料的反應(yīng)效能主要與其含蠟量有關(guān)，環(huán)烷基VGO和200SN脫蠟油含蠟量較少，原料凝點(diǎn)不高，在較溫和條件下即可將其傾點(diǎn)降至規(guī)定溫度；而650SN含蠟量較高，異構(gòu)降凝幅度須達(dá)到80℃，因此需要苛刻的反應(yīng)條件。 According to the analysis in table 1，the catalyst has well hydroisomerization activity and adaptability to feedstock, it can transform various feedstock with wax into low-freezing base oil which has high viscosity index or ultrahigh viscosity index.The efficiency of reaction relate to the wax content , naphthenic VGO and 200SN dewaxing oil have little wax,so the solid point is not high,and it can reduce the pour point to the prescriptive temperature under a mild condition;Otherwise the wax content of 650SN is high,and the pour point must reduce by 80℃, thereby,it needs a rigorous reaction condition. |
