The fundamental problem is that religious beliefs involve comprehensive conceptions of the world, and the premises that underlie governmental action – the conceptions of how the world works upon which the government is acting – can conflict in complex ways with religious commitments. 最根本的問題在于，宗教信仰包含理解世界的廣泛概念以及構(gòu)成政府行為的前提條件。世界如何運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的概念（政府行為即基于這些概念）會(huì)與宗教義務(wù)產(chǎn)生一些復(fù)雜的沖突。還沒有一種簡單的方法能夠區(qū)分在形成某些行為時(shí)，究竟是出于宗教原因還是非宗教原因。 不知到翻譯得是否準(zhǔn)確，因?yàn)椴欢诮獭侵鞯牧硪痪湟膊皇翘靼住? |
