12.6 Waiver (a) Failure to exercise or enforce, or a delay in exercising or enforcing, or the partial exercise or enforcement of, a right, power or remedy provided by law or under this Agreement by a Party does not preclude, or operate as a waiver of, the exercise or enforcement, or further exercise or enforcement, of that or any other right, power or remedy provided by law or under this agreement. (b) A waiver or consent given by a Party under this Agreement is only effective and binding on that Party if it is given or confirmed in writing by that Party. (c) No waiver of a breach of a term of this Agreement operates as a waiver of another breach of that term or of a breach of any other term of this agreement. |

(a）在法律允許范圍內(nèi)或政黨承認該協(xié)議有效的前提下，某種權(quán)利、能力或解決方法不能使用執(zhí)行，延遲使用執(zhí)行或只能部分使用執(zhí)行�；蛘咭詶墮�(quán)證書形式運行的在法律允許范圍內(nèi)的對其他某種權(quán)利、能力或解決方法的使用或執(zhí)行，或以后的使用或執(zhí)行。 （b）若政黨或確認頒發(fā)過某個棄權(quán)證書或批文，則該證書或批文有效并與該政黨有關(guān)。 （c）違反本協(xié)議中的某條規(guī)定不能按照違反本協(xié)議中的另一規(guī)定或其他任一規(guī)定作為棄權(quán)的處理。 |
