IIG限度的疑問

1、在FDA的Inactive Ingredient Search for Approved Drug Products網(wǎng)站上查詢輔料的最大用量，在MAXIMUM POTENCY項(xiàng)下的數(shù)字如：0.01%，0.18MG等，這些直接代表著最大的用量么？ 2、我在《藥用輔料應(yīng)用指南》（姚靜，中國(guó)醫(yī)藥科技出版社，2011（8））書中看到的輔料最高用量卻與FDA的限度不同，如羥苯丙酯：FDA-oral suspension-4%；藥用輔料應(yīng)用指南-口服混懸劑-20.00%。怎么有這么大的差距��？在這個(gè)網(wǎng)址上查詢http://www.drugfuture.com/fda/II ... 看看FDA藥物非活性成分?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)庫(kù)關(guān)于“MAXIMUM POTENCY”的說明你就明白了。 Inactive Ingredient Field Descriptions Inactive Ingredient An inactive ingredient is any component of a drug product other than the active ingredient. Only inactive ingredients in the final dosage forms of drug products are included in this database. Route A route of administration is a way of administering a drug to a site in a patient. A comprehensive list of specific routes of administration appears in the Data Standards Manual. Dosage Form A dosage form is a form in which a drug is produced and dispensed. A comprehensive list of specific routes of administration appears in the Data Standards Manual. CAS Number The acronym "CAS" stands for "Chemical Abstracts Service," a division of the American Chemical Society that provides comprehensive electronic chemical information services. CAS assigns unique CAS Registry Numbers to chemical substances. Many inactive ingredients have CAS Registry Numbers, which are useful in searching other databases for chemical information. The CAS Registry Number itself has no chemical significance. 感謝滴水藏海的解答。 在《藥用輔料應(yīng)用指南》和drugfuture網(wǎng)站上的數(shù)據(jù)均表明來源于FDA，但卻未說明自身對(duì)IIG的定義發(fā)生改變。 如： 【drugfuture數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)說明： 1、本數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)為FDA批準(zhǔn)藥物所使用的非活性成分?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，即FDA上市產(chǎn)品中包含的輔料信息數(shù)據(jù)。 2、檢索條件支持模糊查詢，各輸入條件間的檢索關(guān)系為邏輯與（即AND關(guān)系）。 3、檢索結(jié)果包括：非活性成分名稱、給藥途徑或劑型、CAS登記號(hào)、美國(guó)藥典/FDA物質(zhì)登記系統(tǒng)唯一標(biāo)識(shí)碼、處方中輔料使用量。 4、利用本數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)可以為藥物研究開發(fā)者提供輔料的安全用量的事實(shí)性數(shù)據(jù)。 5、數(shù)據(jù)更新與FDA同步，當(dāng)前數(shù)據(jù)量:11066條，最后更新日期：2011/9/3�！� 只有這些信息 目前打算以FDA官網(wǎng)的數(shù)據(jù)為準(zhǔn)，但是這個(gè)問題還是沒搞清楚。 也可能是更新時(shí)間不一致，F(xiàn)DA的數(shù)據(jù)更新，中文網(wǎng)站沒跟上，不過感覺可能性不大，因?yàn)閿?shù)據(jù)不一致的地方還挺多。 FDA:Update Frequency: Quarterly Data Through: October 12, 2011 Database Last Updated: October 14, 2011 |
