| 傳統(tǒng)合成苯并噁唑的方法是以鄰氨基苯酚與羧酸、酰氯、酯和醛等反應(yīng)獲得,所用到的催化劑大多是Pd、Au或Ag等貴重金屬的絡(luò)合物。目前,以鄰氨基苯酚和腈為原料來(lái)構(gòu)建苯并噁唑衍生物鮮見(jiàn)文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道,本文采用廉價(jià)的三氟甲基磺酸銅為催化劑,從鄰氨基苯酚與腈出發(fā)一步法構(gòu)建了苯并噁唑衍生物,反應(yīng)條件溫和,對(duì)空氣不敏感且無(wú)需惰性氣體保護(hù)。該方法適應(yīng)范圍廣,不論是芳香腈還是脂肪腈都可以順利反應(yīng)。 |

| The traditional synthesis of benzoxazole method is based on the o-aminophenol with carboxylic acid chloride, esters and aldehydes, such as reaction, the catalyst used in most of the complexes of precious metals such as Pd, Au or Ag. At present, the benzo-o-aminophenol and nitrile as a raw material to build the benzoxazole derivatives uncommon reported in the literature, this article uses cheap trifluoromethyl sulfonic acid copper as a catalyst, one step starting from o-aminophenol and Nitrile constructed oxazole derivatives, mild reaction conditions, is not sensitive to the air without inert gas protection. The method is suitable for a wide range of both aromatic nitriles or fat nitrile can be smoothly reaction. |
