求摘要英文翻譯及適合發(fā)表核心期刊

以白色棉隴棉2號為對照，對綠色棉隴綠棉3號，棕色棉BC05進行田間卡那霉素(Kan)葉片涂抹篩選轉(zhuǎn)基因植株梯度試驗，比較了兩個彩色棉品種田間篩選表現(xiàn)（圖）、篩選濃度及適宜觀察時間，并對篩選的抗性植株進行了PCR檢測驗證。結(jié)果表明：兩個彩色棉品種在田間篩選表現(xiàn)、篩選濃度及適宜觀察時間上均有差異，與對照相比，隴綠棉3號田間表現(xiàn)最不明顯，Kan篩選濃度為3.0～7.0 g•L-1，觀察時間為5～16 d ；BC05田間表現(xiàn)較為明顯，Kan篩選濃度為3.0～7.0 g•L-1，觀察時間為4～15 d，經(jīng)PCR檢測驗證，兩個彩色棉品種Kan陽性植株篩選準(zhǔn)確率達96.1 %，本次試驗研究，初步探索了Kan葉片涂抹篩選法在轉(zhuǎn)基因彩色棉植株篩選上的應(yīng)用，對轉(zhuǎn)基因彩色棉的選育有參考價值。 我寫作少，這篇內(nèi)容我想發(fā) 分子植物育種 ，不知道如何 |
