求摘要英文翻譯及適合發(fā)表核心期刊

以白色棉隴棉2號(hào)為對(duì)照，對(duì)綠色棉隴綠棉3號(hào)，棕色棉BC05進(jìn)行田間卡那霉素(Kan)葉片涂抹篩選轉(zhuǎn)基因植株梯度試驗(yàn)，比較了兩個(gè)彩色棉品種田間篩選表現(xiàn)（圖）、篩選濃度及適宜觀察時(shí)間，并對(duì)篩選的抗性植株進(jìn)行了PCR檢測(cè)驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明：兩個(gè)彩色棉品種在田間篩選表現(xiàn)、篩選濃度及適宜觀察時(shí)間上均有差異，與對(duì)照相比，隴綠棉3號(hào)田間表現(xiàn)最不明顯，Kan篩選濃度為3.0～7.0 g•L-1，觀察時(shí)間為5～16 d ；BC05田間表現(xiàn)較為明顯，Kan篩選濃度為3.0～7.0 g•L-1，觀察時(shí)間為4～15 d，經(jīng)PCR檢測(cè)驗(yàn)證，兩個(gè)彩色棉品種Kan陽(yáng)性植株篩選準(zhǔn)確率達(dá)96.1 %，本次試驗(yàn)研究，初步探索了Kan葉片涂抹篩選法在轉(zhuǎn)基因彩色棉植株篩選上的應(yīng)用，對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)基因彩色棉的選育有參考價(jià)值。 我寫作少，這篇內(nèi)容我想發(fā) 分子植物育種 ，不知道如何 |
