lammps data file中水的H,O排列

各位好: 在lammps 手冊(cè)中有For each TIP4P water molecule in your system, the atom IDs for the O and 2 H atoms must be consecutive, with the O atom first. For example, if the atom ID of an O atom in a TIP4P water molecule is 500, then its 2 H atoms must have IDs 501 and 502. 我用ms建模,用msi2lmp生成的dafa file中,水的H,O是不規(guī)則排列,請(qǐng)問怎么實(shí)現(xiàn)上述的連續(xù)排列? |

一、 不是規(guī)則排列的話,你可以自己寫一個(gè)處理程序,改成這樣。 二、 懶人的懶辦法: 在VMD 中建立水的模型: 使用 topo writelammpsdata water_ok.data 這個(gè)data文件里就是掙錢的格式: 例如: LAMMPS data file.
