小弟英語較差,請給位前輩幫忙翻譯下幾句話吧,多謝! 通過響應(yīng)面實驗設(shè)計方法,采用青黃霉霉菌在液態(tài)發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)條件下產(chǎn)木聚糖酶,對青黃霉菌株酶學(xué)性質(zhì)進行研究,研究表明,該酶的最適作用溫度為45 ℃,低于40 ℃或高于50℃時其酶活逐漸減弱;酶的最適pH為4.5,pH穩(wěn)定范圍為4.0~5.5。酶解時間為22~25min時酶解效果最佳。金屬離子中Fe、Zn對酶活有促進作用。 不勝感激! 6級沒過就是難啊。 [ Last edited by jackssunc on 2013-1-5 at 15:32 ] |
