小弟英語較差，請給位前輩幫忙翻譯下幾句話吧，多謝！ 通過響應(yīng)面實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法，采用青黃霉霉菌在液態(tài)發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)條件下產(chǎn)木聚糖酶，對青黃霉菌株酶學(xué)性質(zhì)進(jìn)行研究，研究表明，該酶的最適作用溫度為45 ℃，低于40 ℃或高于50℃時(shí)其酶活逐漸減弱；酶的最適pH為4.5，pH穩(wěn)定范圍為4.0~5.5。酶解時(shí)間為22~25min時(shí)酶解效果最佳。金屬離子中Fe、Zn對酶活有促進(jìn)作用。 不勝感激！ 6級沒過就是難啊。 [ Last edited by jackssunc on 2013-1-5 at 15:32 ] |

The research of the performance of X was carried out through the method that X produces xylanase under liquid fermentation and culture with the method of response surface. The results shows that the optimum temperature of the enzyme is 45℃ and the enzyme activity decreases when the temperature is below 40 ℃ or over 50℃；the optimum pH is 4.5 and the range is between 4.0 and 5.5.enzymatic effect is optimal when zymohydrolysis time is 22 to 25 min; the metal ion like Fe，Zn can improve enzyme activity. 青黃霉霉菌我沒找到詞匯，用X代替。希望你能用到。 |
