小弟英語(yǔ)較差，請(qǐng)給位前輩幫忙翻譯下幾句話吧，多謝！ 通過(guò)響應(yīng)面實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法，采用青黃霉霉菌在液態(tài)發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)條件下產(chǎn)木聚糖酶，對(duì)青黃霉菌株酶學(xué)性質(zhì)進(jìn)行研究，研究表明，該酶的最適作用溫度為45 ℃，低于40 ℃或高于50℃時(shí)其酶活逐漸減弱；酶的最適pH為4.5，pH穩(wěn)定范圍為4.0~5.5。酶解時(shí)間為22~25min時(shí)酶解效果最佳。金屬離子中Fe、Zn對(duì)酶活有促進(jìn)作用。 不勝感激！ 6級(jí)沒(méi)過(guò)就是難啊。 [ Last edited by jackssunc on 2013-1-5 at 15:32 ] |
