審稿人是什么意思，我該怎么回答，求牛人指點

審稿人意見： The manuscript is presented and written exceptionally well. I compliment the authors on the care that they clearly took in preparing and organizing their paper. However, I wonder why the experiment was run for only one month during the fall (26 September - 25 October). Perhaps the subtropical setting of XX Lake minimizes seasonal changes in plant growth, but surely these plants have some response to annual changes in light levels. Some comment or explanation of why this decision was made and its possible significance on the results of the experiment seems in order. I also offer a modest number of minor stylistic/editorial suggestions:…… 遇到一個善良的審稿人，請問大家，紅色部分標(biāo)示的，審稿人問我為什么實驗設(shè)置一個月，然后又給出自己的猜測，接下來一句話“Some comment or explanation of why this decision was made and its possible significance on the results of the experiment seems in order.”是什么意思，讓人摸不著頭腦啊，求指點 [ Last edited by liwei8208 on 2013-7-6 at 09:31 ] |
