npt后為什么壓強(qiáng)平均值一直達(dá)不到設(shè)定值1bar？

太感謝您的回復(fù)了，真的讓我有迷航看到燈塔的感覺(jué)。 “你的模擬體系有什么特殊的要求嗎？” 我的模擬體系沒(méi)有特殊要求 “為什么不用長(zhǎng)方體的盒子呢？又是周期邊界條件的話，長(zhǎng)方體最簡(jiǎn)單的模擬啊” 我是剛剛開(kāi)始學(xué)習(xí)gromacs的，一直做得Justin在網(wǎng)上的例題�？吹剿ㄗh用正十二面體，說(shuō)是計(jì)算量會(huì)小一些。所以我也就選擇了正十二面體。 “還有如果你用正六面體的模擬盒子，最好保持xy平面不變化，只調(diào)節(jié)z方向的長(zhǎng)度�！� 請(qǐng)問(wèn)這個(gè)怎么設(shè)置呢？是修改Pcoupltype這一項(xiàng)為semiisotropic嗎？ “壓強(qiáng)的波動(dòng)本來(lái)就很大的，從你的帖子里看不到模擬體系的大小，而且你的模擬時(shí)間太短，你至少模擬到10 ns 之后再看吧” 我現(xiàn)在選擇了正六面體，模擬了100ps后，壓強(qiáng)平均值為6.2bar。我現(xiàn)在修改為1000ps了，正在計(jì)算，希望結(jié)果能好一些 |
