| 惡性腫瘤是危害人類健康和生命的重大疾病，近幾十年來，抗腫瘤新藥研發(fā)已經(jīng)取得了顯著成功。在抗腫瘤藥物的研發(fā)中，以生物靶分子為基礎(chǔ)進行抗腫瘤藥物先導(dǎo)化合物的篩選是抗腫瘤藥物的研究熱點之一。DNA G-四鏈體結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)現(xiàn)及現(xiàn)代分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)對其生理功能的揭示，為目前抗腫瘤藥物研發(fā)提供了一個新的契機。能夠誘導(dǎo)DNA形成G-四鏈體結(jié)構(gòu)或者與G-四鏈體特異性結(jié)合，并使之穩(wěn)定的化合物有望抑制腫瘤細胞的生長，從而達到抗癌的作用。因此，以G-四鏈體為靶點的抗腫瘤藥物的研究引起了人們的廣泛關(guān)注。 |

Cancer has been considered to be on of the most serious disease threatening health and life of human beings. The development of new anti-cancer drugs has made remarkable progress in recent decades, among which one of the most focused method is the screening of the precursor compound based on the bio-target molecules. The discovery of DNA G-四連體 structure and the reveal of its biological function via modern molecular biological technology have supplied a new opportunity in the development of anti-cancer drugs. The ability of compound that can induce and stablize DNA to form G-四連體 structure or to combine with its specific characterization would finally realize the function of anti-cancer. Thus, the research of the G-四連體 target molecule based anti-cancer drugs have been arousing wide concerns recently. PS. 四連體自己翻譯一下吧。 |

| Malignant tumor is a major disease which jeopardize health and life. Fortunately, new drug research of antineoplastic has made remarkable progress in recent decades. One of the hotpots in antineoplastic drugs research is to filter lead compounds of antineoplastic drugs via the basis like bio-target molecule. Discovering the structure of DNA G-quadruplex and revealing its physical function via modern molecular biology technique provide a new moment for antineoplastic drugs research. And stable compounds which is obtained by Inducing DNA to form G-quadruplex or bind to G-quadruplex specifically might can inhibit the growth of tumor cells and then play a anti-cancer rule. Thus, the method in which regard G-quadruplex as target has aroused much concern in the field of antineoplastic drugs research. |
