| 惡性腫瘤是危害人類健康和生命的重大疾病,近幾十年來(lái),抗腫瘤新藥研發(fā)已經(jīng)取得了顯著成功。在抗腫瘤藥物的研發(fā)中,以生物靶分子為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行抗腫瘤藥物先導(dǎo)化合物的篩選是抗腫瘤藥物的研究熱點(diǎn)之一。DNA G-四鏈體結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)現(xiàn)及現(xiàn)代分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)對(duì)其生理功能的揭示,為目前抗腫瘤藥物研發(fā)提供了一個(gè)新的契機(jī)。能夠誘導(dǎo)DNA形成G-四鏈體結(jié)構(gòu)或者與G-四鏈體特異性結(jié)合,并使之穩(wěn)定的化合物有望抑制腫瘤細(xì)胞的生長(zhǎng),從而達(dá)到抗癌的作用。因此,以G-四鏈體為靶點(diǎn)的抗腫瘤藥物的研究引起了人們的廣泛關(guān)注。 |

Cancer has been considered to be on of the most serious disease threatening health and life of human beings. The development of new anti-cancer drugs has made remarkable progress in recent decades, among which one of the most focused method is the screening of the precursor compound based on the bio-target molecules. The discovery of DNA G-四連體 structure and the reveal of its biological function via modern molecular biological technology have supplied a new opportunity in the development of anti-cancer drugs. The ability of compound that can induce and stablize DNA to form G-四連體 structure or to combine with its specific characterization would finally realize the function of anti-cancer.
