本文采用化學(xué)連續(xù)提取法測定沉積物中磷的形態(tài)及含量,并研究了植物對磷的形態(tài)及含量的影響。結(jié)果表明,沉積物含量較高的磷是自生磷和碎屑磷;同時閉蓄態(tài)磷、碎屑磷和自生磷在植物生長的沉積物中含量有所增加,說明植物促進了生物難利用磷的積累;可交換態(tài)磷和有機磷在植物生長的沉積物中含量有所降低,分別降低了58.58%和60.82%;鐵結(jié)合態(tài)磷和鋁結(jié)合態(tài)磷是活性磷,植物對它們的影響較小。有植物的沉積物中總磷含量降低了8.10%。 In this paper, the morphology and content of phosphorus in sediments was extracted by chemical continuous extraction method, and the effects of plants on the morphology and the phosphorus content was studied. The results showed that the higher levels of sediment phosphorus are self-generated and debris phosphorus,simultaneously the content of occluded phosphorus, debris phosphorus and self-generated were increased in the sediments with plants, indicating that the plants promote the phosphorus accumulation of difficultly used by biologies.However, exchangeable phosphorus and organic phosphorus in the sediments with plants decreased 58.58% and 60.82% respectively. Ferrum-bound phosphorus and aluminum bound phosphorus is reactive phosphorus, the impact of plants on them is smaller. In general, the total phosphorus content in the sediments decreased 8.10%. |
