希望哪位英語大神給我翻譯下啊，沒看懂外導怎么回復的 已有1人參與

事情是我一個朋友的，他申請了比利時的一所學校，是聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)博士那種，公派出國半年。外導也很想要他，給了offer了，但是今天外導給他回復的這封信，他自己也沒看懂，求助各位大神，能幫忙翻譯下么？ 具體內容如下： I went to speak with some people to see what can be decided. First of all, please send me the testification that you mentioned; also, if you followed any other courses on top of the 33 credits, that would also help. What is proposed is to reduce the predoc admission or provisional status to only 9 credits, which is feasible and very reasonable (it is usually 15). If so we would have to start planning when and how to organize all of this - to prepare in the distance so that we can finalize this as soon as you would arrive, so that we can immediately proceed with the presentation that is compulsory after 9 months, simultaneously prepare the agreement for joint PhD, submit the report that is required after 21 months and by the end of your stay, finalize with the 36 months presentation. This would just leave the final stage undone; we can rethink that stage later on when you approach the finalization of the thesis in China. However, send first all information you may have to support the application (it will be discussed in the beginning of November). |

大概意思是：我已經同其他人商量過了，首先呢，你要把你之前提到的（可能是申請上寫的）的證書證明之類的發(fā)送給我；其次，如果你在修滿33個學分之外還修了其他課程，列出這些課程會對你有所幫助。 我們將你的預博要求減少到了9個學分（通常為15個）。我們現(xiàn)在已經開始計劃了，等你9個月之后到這邊的時候要立馬作一場演示（強制性的），21個月后你需要提交一份報告，36個月后（也就是你待滿了之后）還會有一場演示。最后一個階段等你完成中國這邊的論文后我們再定奪。 現(xiàn)在呢，就先不要管這么多了，先把上面列出的對申請有幫助的相關信息發(fā)送給我們，我們會在11月初討論這些材料。 呵呵，中間一段不知道對不對哈！ |
