論文投稿意見回來了，大修，有個reviewer意見不知道怎么回答，懇請各位大神支招啊 已有3人參與

The manuscript is not suitable for publication in its current form. There are numerous of grammar errors and at several points the paper needs to be rewritten. I suggest to the authors to be helped by a native english speaker in order to improve the english language. The work lacks of proper experimental design (including the methods used) which leads to no critical discussion of the results. Furthermore, there are a lot of very important-relevant to the subject-missing references, especially in the subject of antibiofilm activity of natural constituents. In addition, some findings of the current study are on the contrary of the results of literature without any simple explanation or at least a discussion (e.g. Gram- bacteria less sensitive than Gram+, MIC of thymol is not so higher than MIC of antibiotics-in many cases thymol is much more effective and this happens to biofilms too, there are a lot of works with regards to the antibiofilm activity of essential oils very rich in thymol- no discussion at all). 不明白審稿人這句話什么意思“The work lacks of proper experimental design (including the methods used) which leads to no critical discussion of the results. Furthermore, there are a lot of very important-relevant to the subject-missing references,”，這是不是沒有修改的機會了，為啥提到 experimental design，還是前面那句話只是原因，重要的是我的討論部分不好，我把討論部分改下，修會接受的機會會有多大？第一次投稿……懇請各位大神支招 |

The work lacks of proper experimental design (including the methods used) which leads to no critical discussion of the results. In addition, some findings of the current study are on the contrary of the results of literature without any simple explanation or at least a discussion (e.g. Gram- bacteria less sensitive than Gram+, MIC of thymol is not so higher than MIC of antibiotics-in many cases thymol is much more effective and this happens to biofilms too, there are a lot of works with regards to the antibiofilm activity of essential oils very rich in thymol- no discussion at all). 因為缺乏恰當?shù)膶嶒炘O計（包括所用方法），所以對結(jié)果的討論也沒能展開。沒有引用許多重要相關文獻；另外，有些結(jié)果與文獻報道相左，卻沒有給出合理解釋甚至沒有討論。 對于這部分意見我想你的關鍵是對文獻不熟悉，或者不知道怎么利用文獻（我猜測是前者）。沒有提出重新進行實驗設計或者重新實驗，你可以好好看看相關文獻，把實驗部分內(nèi)容重新組織一下，在描述具體實驗時盡可能引用相關文獻，以表明你的實驗不是隨意的，設計也是有根有據(jù)的。還有就是好好讀幾篇文獻，參考一下對你的結(jié)果像樣的討論一下，不是對結(jié)果的簡單重復。不管是好的結(jié)果、壞的結(jié)果都作出合理的解釋和討論。 語言問題需要解決，這是基本要求和前體。 |

謝謝，我感覺就是我的討論部分寫的不好，我的是討論結(jié)果和討論放在一起的，剛開始確實就是簡單的陳述結(jié)果也沒好好的解釋……現(xiàn)在我又重新將每個結(jié)果后面添上相關文獻佐證下……您看這樣可以不，還有在cover letter中我應該如何回答第一條“The work lacks of proper experimental design (including the methods used) which leads to no critical discussion of the results.”，就是回答我在那個地方有做了充分的討論就行了嗎？？懇請大神給出指導意見啊……小弟感激不盡 |
