| Dynamic combinatorial chemistry is a novel aspect of supramolecular chemistry dealing with the generation of dynamic libraries resulting from all the possible combinations of fragments of the constituents (keys). The receptors (locks) favour the expression of the keys that bind best to it (thermodynamic selection) or that form fastest within it (kinetic selection). The already mentioned in situ rich chemistry of the organosulfur ligands makes this system suitable for developing supramolecular dynamic combinatorial aspects under solvothermal conditions.Moreover, these kinds of organosulphur ligands seem to be especially suitable to form metal–sulphur–organic networks with promising electronic properties.The incorporation of thiolate-S as a single atom bridge between adjacent transition metal sites could allow higher spin density delocalization towards the bridging atom and contribute to strong super-exchange interactions when the selected metal orbital energies are better matched for the sulphur atom. In principle, this beneficial feature is highly desirable in terms of magnetic, conductive and luminescent properties of the resulting materials. |
| 動力組合化學(xué)是超分子化學(xué)的一個新型學(xué)科, 目的在于通過化學(xué)成分碎片(鑰匙)的所有可能組合方式建立動態(tài)文庫. 受體(鎖)傾向于接受最合適的鑰匙構(gòu)象,這種鑰匙或者是最易結(jié)合(熱力動力學(xué)選擇)的構(gòu)象,或?yàn)樽钜仔纬傻臉?gòu)象(運(yùn)動學(xué)選擇)。 熱溶劑條件下,有機(jī)硫配體原位富集化學(xué)與這門超分子動態(tài)組合學(xué)科的開發(fā)需求極度契合。這種有機(jī)硫配體似乎特別傾向形成具有理想電荷的有機(jī)鐵硫網(wǎng)。相鄰過渡態(tài)鐵原子以硫醇S單原子相連,可以保證連接原子更高的旋轉(zhuǎn)密度分布,以便使目標(biāo)金屬原子的旋轉(zhuǎn)能與硫原子通過強(qiáng)大的超交換作用達(dá)到更高的匹配。原則上,最終產(chǎn)物在磁學(xué),電導(dǎo)學(xué),發(fā)光特性方面都具有高度傾向性的特點(diǎn)。__希望你能看懂。 |
