中文：摘要：本文主要借助水的三相圖介紹了凍干技術(shù)的原理，并且闡述制藥工業(yè)應(yīng)用凍干技術(shù)干燥物料所呈現(xiàn)的特點(diǎn)，簡(jiǎn)單說明凍干機(jī)組成，對(duì)凍干工藝過程及工藝設(shè)計(jì)過程中主要的概念做出了解釋，最后簡(jiǎn)要說明應(yīng)用凍干技術(shù)干燥脂質(zhì)體、中藥材等幾種藥物上面的現(xiàn)狀及前景。

英文：Abstract: This paper introduces the principle of freeze-drying technology with the water-phase diagram , And described the characteristics of the application of freeze-drying technology dry material in the pharmaceutical industry. Briefly described the composition of lyophilizer. And explained the main concepts in process of the freeze-drying and technology design. Finally, a brief description of the status quo and prospect of the application of freeze-drying technology dried liposome, Chinese herbal medicines and other types of drugs.

Abstract: The principle of the freeze-drying technology, as well as the features of the drying materials in the application of freeze-drying technology in pharmaceutical industry, is introduced in this paper with the aid of the triple phase diagram of water. A brief illustration on the components of the lyophilizer, together with explanations to the main concepts in the technology of freeze-drying and design technology, was also given. Finally, a brief description to the status quo and the prospect of the application of freeze-drying technology in liposome drying, and in the drying of several drugs and Chinese herbal medicines.
