這不是抽提RNA嗎，你中文敘述的也太復雜了。英文部分用詞不準確：例如混勻和homogenize不是一回事。另外，你的英文寫的和你所讀過的英文文獻應該是有很大出入的。我給你總結一下吧。把你自己寫的忘了： Trizol was added to the cells, cell lysates were mixed, stood for 5 min at room temperature and used for RNA extraction immediately or stored at -80C. In the latter case, cell lysates were thawed completely and 200 ul of chloroform/ml Trizol were added. The mixture was mixed thoroughly for 30 s, stood for 3 min at room temperature, and centrifuged for 15 min at 12,000 x g. |

OK Add Trizol to cells and lysate the cells by mixing the mixture thoroughly; stand the mixture for 5 minutes and then isolate RNA immediately at room temperature or store the lysates at -80C until further analysis. For stored samples, thaw the lysates completely and add 200 ul of chloroform/ml Trizol. Mix the mixture completely by inversion repeatedly for 30s and stand for 3 minutes at room temperature, followed by centrifugation at 12,000 x g for 15 min. |
