合作，任何形式的合作，都具有一定意義上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。舉例來(lái)說(shuō)：在談判桌上，甲乙雙方求同存異，表現(xiàn)出較好的合作精神：在合資企業(yè)，合同雙方在很多問(wèn)題上都很合作，即便在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和被領(lǐng)導(dǎo)之間，上下級(jí)間的合作也是顯而易見(jiàn)的。但是，當(dāng)你透過(guò)這些合作的表面現(xiàn)象，你會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)某種形式上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)在暗暗進(jìn)行：談判的甲方或乙方心里都揣著一個(gè)想達(dá)到的目標(biāo)，為了實(shí)現(xiàn)這個(gè)目標(biāo)，他們只能通過(guò)合作使對(duì)方盡量向自己的目標(biāo)傾斜：合資企業(yè)的合同雙方通過(guò)合作使自己獲利目標(biāo)利益；而在上下級(jí)之間，上級(jí)與下級(jí)的合作是為了贏得下級(jí)的合作，而下級(jí)與上級(jí)的合作是為了得到上級(jí)的肯定和贊賞，或其他的什么好處. The competition exist in any forms of cooperation. For example,in the process of negotiation,the Party A and the Party B seek agreement while shelving differences which show great cooperation spirit.In a joint venture,the both parties share great cooperation in many issues.The cooperation is also exist between the leadership and the being-led level. The truth is ,you will observe some form of competiton flowing in the shadow when you directly watch into the surface phenomenon.No matter party A or party B,they all have a goal to achieve.To realize their own goal,they spare no efforts to cooperate with each other which will make the opposite party meet their own goal.The both parties in the joint venture make themselves achieve target profits via cooperation. |

| Cooperation, in any form, also has competition. For example, during negotiation Part A and Part B express good cooperation intention and seek common points while reserving difference. Corporation exist in many aspects between partners in joint venture, even between the leading and being led. It is also easy to find the corporation between leaders and members. However, see the essence by the phenomenon, you will find competition exist anywhere. Part A and Part B have different goals in negotiation, in order to get own goal, they try to make the cooperation more benefit to self. The cooperative partners in joint venture target to gain profit aims.At last, the cooperation in leading relationship, the leaders aim to gain the work achievement though corporate with members, and the members aim to gain affirmation and praise, or something else. |
