| One characteristic of polymeric nanocarriers of particular importance in the field of pulmonary delivery is the fact that they have appropriate sizes to avoid macrophage clearance in the alveolar region, and may in principle be designed to control the delivery of the therapeutic of interest by either promoting transepithelial transport , or be transported itself (for systemic delivery) , via translocation or transcytosis , or to improve the retention of the API in the lungs in case the target is the lungs (regional delivery). |

translocation我翻譯成"疏導(dǎo)作用“是我百度的，因?yàn)榉峭瑢I(yè)，這類專業(yè)詞匯我也無能為力。 我的理解： by either promote transepithellial transport，or be transported itself(for systemic delivery), via translocation or transcytosis.省略的補(bǔ)全就是： by either promote transepithellial transport，or it may be transported itself(for systemic delivery), via translocation or transcytosis. 和either配對的是第二個or，第一個or的含義是否則。 FYR |
