| One characteristic of polymeric nanocarriers of particular importance in the field of pulmonary delivery is the fact that they have appropriate sizes to avoid macrophage clearance in the alveolar region, and may in principle be designed to control the delivery of the therapeutic of interest by either promoting transepithelial transport , or be transported itself (for systemic delivery) , via translocation or transcytosis , or to improve the retention of the API in the lungs in case the target is the lungs (regional delivery). |

FYR 聚合納米載體在肺部給藥領(lǐng)域有十分重要的作用，它的特性在于其具有合適的粒徑以防止自身在肺泡內(nèi)被巨噬細(xì)胞清除，而且設(shè)計(jì)它可能主要有兩方面的目的，其一：通過(guò)提高上皮轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)能力——否則經(jīng)疏導(dǎo)作用將自身轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)（進(jìn)行全身給藥）——或轉(zhuǎn)胞吞作用，控制有用藥物的傳遞；其二：在靶器官是肺時(shí)（局部給藥）提高APIs的保留。 |
