| 抗體的特點就是每一個序列都不相同,重鏈和輕鏈的可變區(qū)序列都是隨機(jī)的,數(shù)據(jù)庫一般都不收錄的。如果你要找一些序列來參考,建議你到NCBI上搜索一些結(jié)晶結(jié)構(gòu),有結(jié)晶的IgG都會給出序列。給你一個例子http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Structure/mmdb/mmdbsrv.cgi?uid=111112 |
