就是你模擬的時(shí)候，nodes 數(shù)目30并不能被整除，查看一下mdrun生成的log file， 里面有一行 The maximum allowed number of cells is : x a y b z c % a b c 是數(shù)字 你設(shè)置的30 個(gè)nodes數(shù)目是能整除a b c就可以 |
