本人用NAMD做NPT模擬，遇到了下面的問題

按照wally的建議改了下,多跑了很多,但是到最后同一個問題又出現(xiàn)了,請問應(yīng)該怎么解決?

我已經(jīng)去掉了，我先做了NVT，然后用NVT的做NPT，但是我做到后面的時候出錯了，我查看了下，我的box的邊長變成了16 16 25，但是我的cutoff 是12，我覺得邊長應(yīng)該大于cutoff的兩倍，所以最少應(yīng)該是24，請問你有什么辦法修改這個嘛，我現(xiàn)在是不知道怎么弄了。

ug建議的是200、100.實(shí)際上可能需要更大。
