紫花苜蓿,一種高蛋白、高熱量以及抗旱的飼料作物。紫花苜蓿中蛋白質(zhì)含量很高,但是氨基酸組成并不平衡,其中含硫氨基酸[甲硫氨酸(Met)和半胱氨酸(Cys)]含量很低,這倆類氨基酸又是必需氨基酸,作為飼料,畜禽食用目前現(xiàn)有的紫花苜蓿品種,易導(dǎo)致畜禽品質(zhì)下降。就目前對提高植物含硫氨基酸水平的研究,大多主要集中在甲硫氨酸合成酶的工程化改造方面,卻對苜蓿含硫氨基酸的入口酶(半胱氨酸合成酶)與其下游產(chǎn)物甲硫氨酸的關(guān)系并沒有研究。為此本研究將對紫花苜蓿半胱氨酸合成酶的基因進(jìn)行克隆并測序,為后續(xù)紫花苜蓿半胱氨酸合成酶同工酶的基因克隆提供方便。 切忌,需要手工翻譯,不需電腦翻譯, |

| Alfalfa (Medicago sativa), a fodder crop for livestocks, is characterized by its high protein, high energy and high resistance to drought. However, in spite of the high protein content, the composition of the amino acids in alfalfa protein is not balanced for the low content in sulphur-containing amino acids, namely methionine and cysteine which are two essential amino acids. In this case, the existing alfalfa varieties as a single source of forage will result in the decline in the quality of livestocks. Up to now, the attempts to enhance the content of sulphur-containing amino acids have been mainly focused on the engineering modification of the methionine synthetase, little attention has been paid to the initiation enzyme for the synthesis of sulphur-containing amino acids, the systeine synthetase, and its relationship to methionine. For this reason, this study will be focusing on the cloning and sequencing of the genes for the systeine synthetase, so as to provide convenience for the cloning of the genes for the isozymes of the systeine synthetase in alfalfa plants. |
